Yaki Smoka is the combination of two food genres. I love the taste of smoked meat and I love Asian food.  I came up with the idea of combining the two flavors a few years ago.  As a result the combination has morphed itself into my most requested family and friends meal.  Loved by most revered by some, simple ingredients combine to create complex flavor.  Come out and taste our twist on our classic Teriyaki Rice and yakisoba bowls
